Project Updates

• Land, tree & utility surveys completed.
• Concept and cost validation completed.
• 100% design plans completed.
• Athletic field lighting replacement completed by the City of Fort Lauderdale.
• Bid documents completed and submitted to City of Fort Lauderdale.
• Bidding process initiated in December 2022.
• City is accepting bids until February 8^th. Once received and review, the City will be seeking Commission approval in the Spring of 2023.
• Construction scheduled to start in June 2023.
• Construction scheduled to be completed in June 2024.
